Hey everyone, lemmingllama here. Today we’ll start to look at what’s to come in the 7.17 update. Today we’ll be looking at a few smaller improvements to the existing Mystic Gemstone system and Dungeon Eggsplorer event. Let’s get into it!
We’ve received a lot of feedback from players about wanting to have more control over their Mystic Gemstones. We are going to be making some changes that help give you more control over what bonuses you get on your Mystic Gemstones, and more ways to restore your gemstones if you are not happy with their performance.
In the 7.17 update, you’ll be able to lock bonuses for a given gemstone. This will mean that the slot will be filled with that bonus guaranteed, ensuring that you can get your desired bonuses. This can mean that even if you roll a lower rarity gemstone, that locked bonus will still apply to it.
Additionally, players will be able to save and restore gemstones. You’ll be able to save a gemstone for each slot, and restore that gemstone if you are not happy with your current gemstone. This will force a prestige when you restore a gemstone to prevent any gold-swapping shenanigans.
We are also looking to improve the Dungeon Eggsplorer events. With many of our new systems, we’ve introduced a toggle that automatically spends your currency. We are adding in a similar Auto-Select toggle in Dungeon Eggsplorer that will automatically spend all your torches to explore the dungeon from top to bottom.
